Admins can now monitor the real-time status of their HRIS data synchronization within Talent. This visibility helps ensure your people and position data are accurately reflected, providing a smoother onboarding experience when connecting your external HRIS source to the Talent app. To get started with this change: Go to Settings, then select HRIS Connector.
Locate your active HRIS connection to view the new progress tracker.
