You can now add a due date and assignee when creating a work item, without needing to leave the board view in your business project. To create a work item with a due date and assignee on a business board: Make sure you have the new navigation enabled (more about the new navigation).
From the board, select + Create in the column you want to create a work item for, and enter a summary.
Select the due date icon and choose a date from the date picker, or select the assignee icon and choose an assi
