Create, send, and manage employee feedback surveys directly within Jira Service Management spaces. This provides teams a native method to collect and analyze feedback during key service and lifecycle employee events, such as onboarding, offboarding, and end-of-service. (Only available on paid plans; excludes Free plans.) To use surveys: Navigate to Space settings.
Select Features, then select the toggle next to Surveys.
