We have introduced a new way to view and manage work items across multiple projects in Jira Service Management. This update allows you to see queues from several projects in a single, unified list view, making it easier to track and prioritize work items without switching between projects. To access and use the new multi project queue view: Open Jira Service Management in your Atlassian app.
Navigate to the Views section from the main menu.
