Agents can now view and share internal knowledge base articles directly from the knowledge base panel in Jira Service Management. This update allows teams to access private documentation alongside customer-facing articles, ensuring agents have all the information they need to resolve issues without leaving the request view. To get started with this change: Open any request in Jira Service Management.
Locate the knowledge base panel on the right side of the issue view.
