Administrators can now edit their support site layout directly within Jira Service Management, instead of switching to Atlassian Studio. This keeps layout changes in the same place where you can manage requests and queues, making it easier to update the support experience. Discover more about configuring spaces. To get started with this change: Go to your service management space.
