Jira Service Management automation now more accurately manages customer organizations when using the Organizations field with ‘use reporter’s email domain’ selection within edit, clone, create and transition work item actions. This update prevents previously removed users from being automatically re-added to organizations where their email domain does not match, and improves reliability when editing the organizations field.
