Forms now support advanced conditional logic, so teams can show or hide form sections based on multiple conditions. This helps request forms stay focused and relevant, making it easier for people to provide the right information. To get started with this change: In Jira Service Management, go to your service space.
Select Space settings, then select Forms.
Open an existing form or create a new form.
Add sections and fields to your form.
Configure conditional logic so sections appear or hide
