Jira Cloud now identifies workflow‑required fields when you create work items via the main + Create button. People creating work items can see and complete all fields enforced by a workflow before they select create, reducing errors and follow‑up edits. To get started with this change: In Jira Cloud, select + Create.
Choose the space and work type.
Review the form and complete all fields marked as required.
Select Create to create your work item with all required workflow fields completed.
