Jira Service Management ChatOps now proactively sends an AI-generated incident summary as soon as you join a Slack channel linked to an incident. This removes the need to manually request a summary, helping teams get up to speed faster. Create an incident in Jira Service Management, then either create a new Slack channel for the incident or link an existing channel.
