We’ve updated the Git commit message to include the work item summary, making it easier to create commits without manually adding work item details. To use the updated commit message: Go to your Jira software project.
Open a work item.
In the development field, select Create commit.
Select Copy to copy the updated Git command, which now includes the work item summary.
