Organizations with an Enterprise plan will now see a Contact sales option when they try to add Service Collection to their organization in Atlassian Administration. This connects admins directly with the Atlassian Sales team for personalized onboarding of Jira Service Management and Customer Service Management through Service Collection. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps > Atlassian apps > Add app.
Find the Service Collection card.
